What payment is required to start a website project?

For all website projects, an 80% deposit is required before we begin the work. The remaining 20% is due upon completion and before the website goes live. This allows us to allocate our team and begin design, development, and content work right away.

What payment is required for other services like design or branding?

For any service costing less than R1,000 (such as a single social media post, flyer, logo design, or business card), full payment is required upfront before work begins. For services priced at R1,000 or more, the standard deposit terms apply and we will confirm these with you before starting.

How do I pay, and what payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

We accept EFT bank transfer and PayPal. Once you confirm your project, we send an invoice with our banking details. For international clients, PayPal is available upon request. Your project slot is reserved once payment is received.
